烧结钕铁硼
烧结钕铁硼永磁体是由金属钕、铁以及硼和其他一些稀土元素构成的一种高性能永久磁体,收于其优异的性能、合理的价格正得以迅猛的发展和广泛的应用。
主要应用
广泛地应用在微特电机、永磁仪表、电子工业、汽车工业、石油代、核磁共振装置、音响器材、磁性传动机构和磁闻设务等方向。
主要特点:
钕铁硼磁铁容易生锈、氧化,所以对钕铁硼磁铁,其表面通常需作电镀处理,如镀镍、锌、银、金等,也可以做钝化处理或喷环氧树脂来减慢其氧代速度。
第三代稀土永磁钕铁硼(NdFeB)是当代磁体中性能最强的永磁体,它不仅具有高剩磁、高矫顽力、高磁能积、高性能价格比等特性,而且容易加工成各种尺寸,现已广泛应用于航空、航天、电子、电声、机电、仪器、仪表、医疗技术及其它需永磁场的装置和设备中,特别适用于研制高性能、小型化、轻型化的各种换代产品。
